我公司可生產(chǎn)16層任意層的HDI PCB板。最小線(xiàn)寬和線(xiàn)距可以做到50μm / 50um，最小激光孔為0.075mm，最大激光孔為0.15mm。

Rigid Flex Board

Our company's process can make rigid flex boards with line width and line spacing of 50um and board thickness of less than or equal to 6.4mm.

Multi Layer PCB

At present, our company can make 80 layers of circuit boards. The line width and line spacing can be 50um and 50um, the maximum plate thickness is 6.4mm, and the minimum hole diameter is 0.2mm.

Heavy Copper board & IMS

The outer layer of thick copper plate can reach 13oz and the inner layer 15oz, and it has obtained UL certification. At present, the metal substrate can reach 6 layers.

Flexible Printed Circuit board

The line width and line spacing of the flexible board can be 50um and 50um, and the plate thickness is 0.1mm.

High Frequency Board

The line width and line distance of high-frequency board that our company can achieve are 50um and 50um, and the tolerance of line width and line spacing is plus 10um to minus 10um.

Ceramic PCB

Our company is capable of making single and double sided ceramic PCB board.
